Abstract
HDI is expected to provide a macro picture of human development conditions in the city of Semarang through several components that influence such as education, health and purchasing power. This is UNDP's idea of refining the quality of life index. Furthermore, the data presented can illustrate the success of human development in the city of Semarang.
