Rice Commodity Tiles Survey

Monday, December 28 2020 BPS Semarang Municipality Team carried out a sub-round 3 tile survey for rice commodities in Mangunsari Village, Gunungpati District. The purpose of this survey is to obtain information on the productivity of rice commodities and other supporting information, such as: coordinates of the location of the tuber, planting method, planting system, use of fertilizers, pest control, and others.

The Ubinan survey is now based on the Area Sampling Framework (KSA) using observation points in the sub-segment according to the phase of rice growth. The data collection mode has also changed, from Paper and Pencil Interviewing (PAPI) to Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI). By using information technology, rice production data collected becomes more accurate, fast and timely.

Ubinan in the village produces rice production of 3.36 kg and 4.92 kg.
