Corruption is a word that read and heard on
television and other media almost every day. So, is the Anti-Corruption
Behavior Survey (SPAK) a tool that measures the number of acts of corruption?
Certainly not. SPAK is an activity to produce an Anti-Corruption Behavior Index
(IPAK), where the index only describes a “culture of zero tolerance for
small-scale corruption”. The measurement of IPAK is based on 2 important
dimensions, namely: the perception dimension (the respondent's opinion on a
motive for corruption) and the experience dimension (the respondent's own
experience of corrupt behavior).
This year's SPAK will be carried out
simultaneously throughout Indonesia from March 8 to April 9, 2021. The training
for SPAK officers will be held online on March 3-4, 2021. In this activity, BPS
Semarang Municipality sent 7 prospective officers, consisting of 4 prospective
enumerators and 2 prospective supervisory officers. (L1)
